Youth football has changed in recent years with new formats having been introduced to increase touches of the ball, improve confidence and assist in all stages of a young player’s development.

Small sided formats such as 5v5 and 7v7 are at the forefront of mini-soccer within our youth leagues, with all Colts leagues now offering a 9v9 format before moving to 11v11.
