Introducing our team

Here’s a few snippets about us:

We have been going strong since u6s and have seen fabulous development in all involved!  

We are a mixed and really inclusive team - of which we’re incredibly proud.   

We prioritise a fun, engaging and learning environment … but we’re also known to play some good football too

We’ve had players scouted for Norwich and Cambridge, but also have welcomed players who have never played for a team before

 

More than just a ‘team’  

To give you a flavour of what we’ve got involved in over the last 12 months:

We’ve all been mascots at Histon FC and played on the pitch

We’ve had a “Matchday experience” at Cambridge Utd meaning playing on the pitch, flag-waving, talking to the match officials and taking in the atmosphere

We’ve played multiple tournaments across the County with the highlight playing on the Cambridge United pitch in the Abbey Cup

Your manager & coaches

Tom Martin runs the team, ably assisted by Ollie Morley. Both live in Histon and have kids playing in the team. Tom is currently working towards his UEFA C qualification, and also is involved in coaching Futsal when time allows. He played a lot of representative and semi-professional football in the past and, unfortunately, is an Aston Villa fan. Ollie is a true student of the game and an Everton fan.
